CSFF 26 - THE IMAGE OF SELF i København

What happens when you can’t escape yourself? In a new country, inside a dream, through the eyes of motherhood, or in the reflection of an art installation, these films turn the gaze inward and then challenge us to look again. Moving between animation and live action, the selection explores identity, displacement, transformation, and perception in unexpected and sometimes unsettling ways. Because sometimes the person we’re most uncomfortable facing is ourselves.
